Dept. Q - You’ve probably all heard about this show because it’s been a big hit on Netflix. Detective drama set in Scotland. Excellent!

I enjoyed Dept Q as well.....it's based on a series of Danish detective novels which have been made into Danish films.

I've read and enjoyed a number of the novels which are set in Denmark. Will need to try the series, although it may shake my readers interpretation of what Carl Morck looks like .

Chacun a son gout (yes, missing the circumflex). I unfortunately have abandoned Nordic fiction and its video offshoots, due to the preposterous plots, violence, and misogyny that I perceive. Just an alternative opinion - I do realize there are many fans.
