Tea time in Paris

Parigi

Here are my favorite tea houses in Paris.

When the weather is good, I stake out a place early (reads: before 4pm) in the garden of the beautiful and astounding Musée de la Vie romantique. You won't believe you are in Paris. The museum is set up like a country where someone like George Sand and Chopin would have hung.

Let's cross the Seine and cross cultures: the sumptuous tea house inside the Grand Mosque de Paris is the perfect place to have a 1-euro mint tea before or after a stroll in the so underrated Jardin des Plantes.
I found some photos on the internet.
Here is the garden, enchanting in good weather.

Merci, for these wonderful suggestions for tea in Paris! le Grande Mosquee de Paris looks intriguing. I also found this article about tea rooms in Paris from Discover Walks. What a great idea to take a break from the sometimes less than stellar coffee Paris has to offer... And I so love the rituals of tea time

Beautiful! I am stopping off in Paris for just a day or two (en route to the Monaco Grand Prix) and it would be good to go somewhere like the Grand Mosque De Paris to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Not somewhere I would have ever thought of going before.

Thanks for your suggestion! I keep this addresses for my next trip to Paris
