Yes, Sarlat! Your turn, Just Travel.

We stayed for a week in a small studio apartment at the top of a tower just steps from the main Plaza! 103 steps up a circular staircase to get to the apartment! I could not do those stairs nowadays, what with my bum knee :(.

Our studio apartment was on the back right side of the buildling with the turret tower.

Here's a couple of photos of the apartment. It was a great place, right in the center of Sarlat!

Hint time... The statue is cast in bronze, but very likely the real life figures the statue remembers may have been pretty close to same color at the end of the day. And Pauline you are getting very close
