That is the Chiesa San Michele in Lucca.
I stayed round the corner from there for two weeks in 2012, and had coffee every day almost at the spot where the photo is taken.
There is a very scary maintenance stairway at the back of this, shown in this pic.
Someone else feel free to post the next photo! I don't have any of my own that come to mind at the moment.
