We recently had to rent a car while our personal vehicle was in the shop for repairs under the warranty. There were several delays as the part wasn't available and it was during August (no business, other than tourism, happens in the south in August 
). The rental was extended multiple times and when we communicated with this local office about the situation they were always helpful.
Locauto is located a few steps from the Potenza main train and bus stations, hands-down the most convenient location for those arriving by these modes of transport and needing a vehicle. They are also affiliated with National and Enterprise and rentals can be arranged via those companies.
Definitely the easiest part of our warranty repairs (long story there) and I would highly recommend them.
